The service

PR Placements arranges premium editorial placements and resells press-release distribution. We act as an intermediary between you and publishers or wire partners. Placements are proposed against your brief; you approve before any order is created.

Orders, wallet & payment

You may recharge a wallet and hold unspent, refundable balance. Placing an order commits those funds: we begin arranging with the relevant publishers and editors immediately, so an order cannot be cancelled for a full refund, and delivered work is non-refundable. Payment is held in escrow and released per our wallet, escrow & refund policy. Prices are confirmed in your proposal at order time.

Acceptable use & content

• You warrant you have the rights to the content and brand assets you submit.
• Content must be lawful, accurate, and not misleading. Publishers retain editorial control and may decline content.
• We comply with publisher disclosure requirements and applicable advertising law. See the editorial & disclosure policy.

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee search-engine rankings, do-follow links, or any specific traffic or business result. We deliver placements and distribution as described in your proposal.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order governs that order. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
