What we collect

• Brief & account data: name, email, company, website, budget, goals and the briefs you submit.
• Order data: the placements and distribution you purchase, and the evidence/reports generated.
• Usage data: standard analytics to improve the site.

How we use it

To respond to your brief with a proposal, fulfil and verify orders, generate reports, handle billing, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal data.

Reports & retention

As a business service, order records and white-label reports are retained for up to 24 months to support reporting, disputes and accounting. You may request deletion of personal data subject to our legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary to fulfil your order — for example, your release assets with the relevant wire partner. Processors include our payment provider and transactional email provider.
